Overview

As a Customer Support Coordinator at Masabi, you will provide front-line support for transportation agencies and technology partners worldwide, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with our mobile ticketing platform.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary contact for inbound support requests via phone and email.
  • Respond promptly to requests and assist in resolving issues.
  • Coordinate customer calls and incident management.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues on the Justride platform.
  • Process rider account deletions and hardware returns.
  • Develop and maintain reference materials and FAQs.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Masabi products.
  • Participate in on-call rotations during holiday periods.

Requirements

  • Some experience in enterprise software support.
  • Technical skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiastic about knowledge sharing.
