Overview

Marketbridge is seeking a Specialist, Marketing Technology to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of best-in-class demand marketing campaigns and programs leveraging marketing technology platforms and tools.

In Short

  • Remote role requiring work in EST hours.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Marketing Automation and CRM platforms.
  • Set up campaigns, workflows, and automation rules for efficient demand generation.
  • Create campaign assets such as emails and landing pages.
  • Troubleshoot integrations and data syncs between marketing platforms.
  • Execute database management tasks and maintain system consistency.
  • Document configuration steps and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current on marketing technology capabilities and best practices.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing technology or marketing operations.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new platforms.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and data flows between platforms.
  • Experience troubleshooting campaign and data tracking issues.
  • Knowledge of coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
