Marketing Technology Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Technology Specialist is responsible for optimizing the Marketing division's performance using technology to meet company goals. This includes enhancing the entire marketing technology stack, video and audio systems, and virtual event platforms. They'll combine strategic thinking, problem-solving, technical expertise, and teamwork to track, analyze, test, and improve digital campaigns and produce high-quality marketing content.

In Short

• Partner with the Digital Marketing department to grow marketable list size and improve funnel velocity.
• Provide technical support for the Multimedia department in delivering video and audio content.
• Stay updated on industry best practices for marketing automation tools.
• Understand privacy and data security initiatives impacting the business.
• Identify and automate time-consuming internal processes.
• Maintain global processes including data strategy and segmentation.
• Contribute to the Martech stack, including various marketing tools.
• Scope software and hardware needs for marketing activities.
• Provide training on systems within the Martech stack.
• Support marketing live and virtual events in collaboration with IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Martech stack and integration tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Technology or similar role.
• Strong understanding of data management principles.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Audio and Visual experience is a plus.
• Must be able to travel to Sacramento for the annual conference.
