As we continue to expand, we seek a Marketing Technology Senior Specialist to enhance our marketing capabilities, improve data tracking, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

In Short

• Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of tracking tools for web and app platforms.
• Drive marketing enablement by implementing AI-driven solutions and automation tools.
• Evaluate long-term martech stack investments based on ROI.
• Define and implement robust tracking concepts across web and app platforms.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams for effective analytics.
• Build and implement workflows and scripts for marketing optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and tracking technologies.
• Train and support the marketing team on AI and automation tools.
• Maintain high data accuracy by auditing tracking systems regularly.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data tracking or marketing analytics roles.
• Proficiency in building and deploying automation scripts (e.g., Python, JS).
• Deep interest in AI tools and platforms.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, GA4).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
