Manager, Website Development & Martech - Remote

Overview

As Manager, Website Development & Martech at Marketbridge, you will optimize, maintain, and build the company’s website, manage the marketing technology stack, and enhance digital engagement to drive pipeline growth.

In Short

• Lead scalable, responsive website development and maintenance.
• Manage site operations and use analytics to drive improvements.
• Collaborate on SEO, UX, and landing pages to optimize structure and improve conversions.
• Oversee HubSpot and CRM integration for lead flow and data integrity.
• Scale marketing efficiency with new tools, automation, and personalization.
• Maintain clean, compliant, and segmented marketing data.
• Manage workflows to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor email performance and ensure compliance.
• Maintain dashboards to track KPIs and campaign performance.
• Support cross-practice needs within the Corporate Marketing Team.

Requirements

• Strong CMS (WordPress preferred, WIX a plus), HTML/CSS, and web performance expertise.
• 3-5 years of experience in website development.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics; experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console is a plus.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics).
• Technical problem-solver with autonomy and ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web development/design, and/or marketing is a plus.
