Overview

Achieve Treasury Management sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively originating new Treasury Management business and retaining existing clients.

In Short

  • Promote and sell Treasury Management Services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Demonstrate the value of Treasury Management Services using consultative selling techniques.
  • Fulfill assigned revenue and sales goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Branch Managers and Business Bankers.
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals for Treasury Management Services.
  • Train business partners on Treasury Management Services products.
  • Manage sales lead channels effectively.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities through data mining.
  • Facilitate price negotiations with customers.
  • Resolve customer problems or complaints promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 2 years of Banking, Sales and/or Customer Service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
