In Short

• Manage overall portfolio of email activity to maximize effectiveness.
• Develop and manage processes for timely delivery of communications.
• Act as subject matter expert for email marketing tools.
• Partner with teams to source and share data for customer acquisition.
• Manage customer segmentation and targeting for campaigns.
• Ensure appropriate reporting and performance evaluation.
• Use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop email best practices and provide training.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in email marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Proven track record in team management.
• Proficiency in English for compelling messaging.
• Familiarity with email design and coding concepts.
• Passion for customer-centric marketing.
• Experience in digital workflows with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration.
• Ability to balance operational delivery with long-term vision.
