Overview

The Senior Account Executive will support Department of Homeland Security (DHS) accounts, focusing on generating new sales opportunities with Magnet Forensics’ portfolio of products and solutions.

In Short

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly territory plan.
  • Prospect for new clients within law enforcement and government organizations.
  • Conduct marketing lead and opportunity qualification.
  • Prepare and deliver in-market customer face-to-face presentations.
  • Facilitate technical product demonstrations.
  • Manage product trial lifecycle.
  • Complete quoting process and maintain records for accounting.
  • Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of the digital forensics industry.
  • Proactively position business outcomes to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in software sales into the Federal Government & DHS.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Digital forensics experience is a plus.
