• Qualify all sales leads generated by marketing.
• Leverage prospecting strategies to connect with prospective customers.
• Work closely with sales team to schedule discovery meetings.
• Utilize various marketing and sales tools for efficiency.
• Manage new contacts via CRM platform (Salesforce).
• Provide friendly service and build strong relationships.
• Work as part of a cross-functional team.
• Focus primarily on Inbound Lead Response (75%).
• Must reside in Germany.
• Fluency in English and German is required.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in sales or customer service roles.
• University degree or College diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, relational, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
• Passionate about developing new skills.
