Renewal Manager - Remote

Overview

The Renewal Manager is accountable for customer retention through the renewal process, driving and managing opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Accountable for customer retention through the renewal process.
• Manage and close assigned opportunities for renewals.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success to maximize revenue retention.
• Be the inside point of contact for channel partners.
• Complete renewal lifecycle management tasks.
• Achieve or exceed quarterly renewal targets.
• Analyze customer renewal data for retention strategies.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Identify at-risk renewal clients early in the cycle.
• Must reside in Singapore.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant job experience in a similar role.
• Working knowledge of renewals and loyalty programs.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Team player with collaborative spirit.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred.
