Overview

As a Renewal Manager at AppZen, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving retention through effective communication and collaboration.

• Manage the renewal lifecycle for customer contracts.
• Act as the primary contact for customers during the renewal process.
• Generate and deliver renewal quotes and order forms.

Requirements

• 3+ years in contract management or customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple renewals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships.
• Familiarity with FinTech is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred.
• Experience with Customer Success Platforms is a plus.
