The Enterprise Customer Success Manager at AppZen will drive the success of Fortune 500 customers by managing relationships, optimizing product utilization, and advocating for product improvements.

  • Transition new customers smoothly from sales to implementation.
  • Engage with key milestones during implementation in partnership with ISM.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a team-oriented approach.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager in B2B.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess large data sets and user behavior.
  • Exceptional presentation skills for engaging with C-level stakeholders.
  • Humble and friendly personality with open communication style.
  • Ability to quickly understand business applications with minimal training.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with project management and compliance.
  • Nice-to-have: familiarity with Customer Success Platforms like Catalyst.
