Renewal Manager - Remote

Overview

This is a unique opportunity to be the first Renewal Manager in the APAC region for Mural, focusing on managing the renewal process of existing clients and expanding the Mural and LUMA presence.

In Short

• Manage and oversee the renewal process for existing customers.
• Engage with customers prior to contract expiration.
• Prepare and present renewal proposals and agreements.
• Maximize customer retention.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on renewal status.
• Forecast renewal performance.
• Collaborate with customer success, sales, and finance teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven track record of managing customer renewals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort using AI tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Love of learning and new technology.
• Willingness to work in a remote environment.
