Overview

The Senior Customer Success Manager will ensure a portfolio of schools and districts effectively use MagicSchool to reduce teacher burnout and improve student learning. You will independently manage complex projects and strategic growth with large districts, overseeing critical customer relationships.

In Short

  • Drive product adoption and deepen usage among schools.
  • Shape customer success playbook and lead onboarding sessions.
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with schools.
  • Build lasting relationships with the education community.
  • Achieve high renewal rates for contracts.
  • Identify and build relationships with decision makers.
  • Monitor and support underperforming schools.
  • Utilize technology and data effectively.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the team.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in education as a teacher.
  • 3+ years as a customer success manager in EdTech.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead strategic conversations.
  • Comfortable using technology and data.
  • Organized and diligent in managing multiple projects.
  • Creative and resourceful problem solver.
  • Emotionally intelligent and warm in interactions.
  • Ownership and accountability in work.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
