Overview

As the Global Process Execution Lead for OTC, you will be responsible for the execution and performance of finance processes, ensuring financial accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with internal standards.

Requirements

• 14-16 years of experience in OTC/Collections.
• Experience as FNA Manager/Process Lead/Controller.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA/Masters in finance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Experience in change management and performance improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in delivering results through others.
• Understanding of group accounting policies and control frameworks.
