Global Process Lead, Master Data Management - Remote

Overview

The Global Process Lead in Master Data Management (MDM) is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of MDM processes across the organization.

In Short

• Lead global MDM projects and manage regional and local specificities.
• Build relationships with data owners and SMEs across functions.
• Ensure data standards documentation and training materials are up to date.
• Support subject matter experts and end users in MDM tasks.
• Manage master data operations globally and locally in Japan.
• Provide guidance to MDM team members and external consultants.
• Ensure key master data domains are well managed and supported.
• Represent MDM team in various governance forums.
• Collaborate with SAP CoE team for MDM support.
• Support business transformation projects from a master data perspective.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in data domains.
• Experience with MDM tools and end-to-end MDM implementation.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and associated data.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Life science industry experience is a plus.
• ERP experience, especially with SAP S/4HANA, is advantageous.
