Overview

We are seeking a Lead Management Process & Enablement Lead to join Thoughtworks Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations - Digital Foundations team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales enablement, focused on developing and delivering comprehensive lead management training and processes for our global sales teams. The position is instrumental in empowering our sales organization through structured training programs, clear process documentation, and ongoing support of digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with our Sales Transformation team, you will ensure smooth lead progression across the top of the marketing and sales funnel by establishing clear responsibilities, handoff points, and best practices for different sales roles (SDRs, BDMs, etc.). The objective of the role is to improve mid-funnel conversion rates, and ensure a smooth handover from marketing to sales, all the way to detecting early-stage opportunities.

In Short

  • Lead Management Training & Enablement for sellers -Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on lead management processes for sales teams (SDRs, BDMs, CPs).
  • Create and maintain clear documentation explaining lead management workflows, responsibilities, and handoff points.
  • Lead enablement for strategic digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to sales teams on lead management processes.
  • Work with field marketing teams to support their sales counterparts.
  • Set up support mechanisms for sales teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for lead management processes.
  • Manage or support digital transformation projects related to sales processes.
  • Collaborate with project owners for smooth rollout of new processes.

Requirements

  • 9+ years of marketing/sales operations experience in B2B.
  • Prior experience in sales tools and processes training programs.
  • Experience with Sales technologies such as Salesforce CRM, Demandbase, Outreach.
  • Good at problem solving and context switching.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to create networks with key decision makers.
  • Results oriented and customer focused.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
