This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales enablement, focused on developing and delivering comprehensive lead management training and processes for our global sales teams. The position is instrumental in empowering our sales organization through structured training programs, clear process documentation, and ongoing support of digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with our Sales Transformation team, you will ensure smooth lead progression across the top of the marketing and sales funnel by establishing clear responsibilities, handoff points, and best practices for different sales roles (SDRs, BDMs, etc.). The objective of the role is to improve mid-funnel conversion rates, and ensure a smooth handover from marketing to sales, all the way to detecting early-stage opportunities.
