Overview

The Global Threat Operations Leader provides cybersecurity leadership for threat detection, response, and resilience operations across GE Aerospace. This role leads the strategy and execution of advanced threat intelligence, security monitoring, incident response, insider threat and cyber hunt capabilities to safeguard business operations globally.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Minimum 9 years in security operations or incident response.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a People Leader.
• Expertise in threat detection and SOC operations.
• Familiarity with threat hunting methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership in high-pressure scenarios.
• Strong collaboration skills in a global environment.
• Passion for cybersecurity and continuous improvement.
