Workday Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Workday Product Manager will support the GE Aerospace Workday HCM system and is responsible for system consulting, product ownership, process design/functionality/enhancements, and policies & standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or Information Systems.
• Minimum 5 years related experience required.
• HR Systems support and testing experience required (Workday required).
• Intermediate analytical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Skilled communicator with the ability to tailor messages.
• Customer service focused with good problem-solving skills.
• Responsive decision-making skills.
• Understanding of system design impacts on processes.
