Overview

The Pull Transformation Leader is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the Supply Chain at GE Aerospace, focusing on strategic priorities to enhance performance in Safety, Delivery, Cash, and Cost.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain and materials management.
• Experience in leading operational transformation.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Lean tools and methodologies.
• Ability to influence without authority.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
• Proven ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.
