Requirements

• 7–8 years of professional experience
• Proven track record of leading impactful projects
• Strong project management skills

• Comfortable working with data
• Skilled in stakeholder management
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Experience providing strategic support to senior leadership
• Strong business acumen
• Previous exposure to HR tools and systems
