Overview

The CX Continuous Improvement Consultant will play a vital role in enhancing customer experience and operational excellence within the Maersk Southern Africa & Islands (SAI) CX team. This role focuses on building a culture of continuous improvement and managing improvement projects to drive productivity and value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• Experience in Supply Chain and Logistics in a multinational organization.
• Proficient in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project management certification or experience preferred.
• Technical knowledge in Advanced Excel, VBA, Power Automate, and Cloud.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-centric mindset.
