This role involves managing customs service tasks and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements in a global logistics environment.

Requirements

• B.S Customs Degree.
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in MCS environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Japan Toss MCS vendor system.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Critical thinking and complaint handling skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• In-depth knowledge of customs operational tasks.
