Program & Client Success Manager, Payer Partnerships - Remote

Overview

This role involves managing Medicaid payer partnerships to improve maternal health outcomes and reduce disparities in care.

In Short

• Support contracting and deployment of payer pilots.
• Manage communication with clients and internal teams.
• Develop status updates and presentations.
• Revise project plans to meet changing needs.

Requirements

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams.
• 5-7 years of Medicaid Managed Care or healthcare payer experience.
• 1-3 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience in relationship management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Background in maternal-child health or related fields.
