In Short

• Responsible for ensuring Murmuration’s Partners take full advantage of Murmuration’s technology product, Organizer.
• Serve as the first point of contact with Murmuration’s Partners.
• Resolve support questions and needs for Partners.
• Coordinate support resources across the organization.
• Act as a consistent resource for Partners throughout their experience with Organizer.
• Help Partners utilize analytic tools and supports.
• Manage a portfolio of Murmuration Partners.
• Implement onboarding plans for new partners.
• Facilitate trainings on how to use Murmuration’s products.
• Develop best practices resources for Partners.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of customer support and partner management.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues.
• Experience in developing support documentation.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and projects.
• Experience in data analysis and using analytic tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience in nonprofit or civic engagement is a plus.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.
