Overview

The Sales Development Representative is an entry-level business development role focused on lead generation and early-stage client engagement, working closely with the Business Development team to support pipeline growth.

In Short

  • Support lead generation efforts within an assigned 2–5 state territory.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to hospital and practice administrators.
  • Qualify prospective clients and schedule introductory calls, webinars, and meetings.
  • Assist with coordinating webinars and follow-up activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversations within the CRM.
  • Provide timely communication and handoff of qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Entry-level exposure to healthcare staffing business development.
  • Hands-on experience in prospecting, qualification, and client engagement.
  • At least two years of sales experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to pursue and generate leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • College degree preferred.
