  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Data-driven with experience in CRM and sales analytics.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skilled in building vertical-specific strategies.
  • Highly organized and able to manage complex deal cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; MBA a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
