As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will support the success of our Sales team by providing comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training, ensuring that our client-facing teams have the necessary tools and knowledge to engage effectively with customers.

In Short

  • Execute onboarding programs for new Sales hires.
  • Monitor KPIs to assess program effectiveness.
  • Develop and deliver ongoing training content.
  • Manage sales enablement tech stack and resources.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Assist in planning Sales events and recognition programs.
  • Build relationships across teams to drive alignment.
  • Support a positive associate experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Adapt to changes and navigate quick pivots.
  • Contribute to the success of the Sales team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years in high performance sales organizations.
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales enablement or learning and development.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Apollo.
  • Experience with event planning and execution.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to changes.
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders.
