In Short

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for key customers.

  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools for managing client relationships.
  • Work in a flexible remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Strategic Account Manager in a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record as a “Top Producer” in sales roles.
  • Effective strategic communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity about buyer motivations.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Zoom, MS Teams, and MS Office.
