In Short

  • Provide Level 1 & 2 technical and functional support for Lumivero’s products.
  • Maintain support resources such as manuals and FAQs.
  • Collaborate with engineering to identify and fix software issues.
  • Serve as the liaison between customers and support teams.
  • Contribute to knowledge base and ticket prevention strategies.
  • Learn about program admins and their business objectives.
  • Monitor ticket trends for product enhancement opportunities.
  • Ensure user data confidentiality in accordance with processes.
  • Engage with customers via email, chat, phone, and social media.
  • Work in a flexible, remote-first environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Customer Support or Software Support.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience with data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
