Patient Care Representative - Remote

Overview

Winona is looking to hire a full-time remote Patient Care Representative in the Philippines. In this role, you will act as a liaison, accurately and efficiently providing product and service information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems for customers.

In Short

• Answering questions about Winona’s products and services.
• Delivering information about Winona’s offerings.
• Ensuring patient satisfaction and maintaining professional patient support.
• Handling patient complaints and identifying the appropriate response and strategy to solve issues.
• Keeping records of patient interactions and processing patient accounts.
• Engaging with patients proactively.

Requirements

• Experience working in a medical-related job.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Availability to work a minimum of two weekends per month.
• Hands-on experience in Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs.
• Comfortable making calls with patients.
• Comfortable using social media.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Attention to detail and good judgment.
• A personal computer with stable internet.
• Available to work from Wednesday to Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
