• Full-time position for Member Care Representative

• Assist with prescription benefits and claims issues

• Complete Prior Authorization requests

Requirements

• Customer service experience required
• Knowledge of claims processing is helpful
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and relations skills
• Problem-solving skills are essential
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma or college degree preferred
• Pharmacy technician experience preferred but not required
