In Short

  • Calibrate seeks positive, energetic member support representatives.
  • Deliver exceptional care through multiple channels, including phone support.
  • Responsible for resolving member inquiries and ensuring excellent experiences.
  • Shift: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 11:30am-8:00pm EST.
  • Pay rate: $20.00-22.00 per hour.
  • Benefits are not included.
  • Engage and support members with empathy and compassion.
  • Document all member interactions thoroughly.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve service level agreements.
  • Remote work environment.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in hospitality, member services, or customer support.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
  • Great active listening skills with a focus on empathy.
  • Experience in omni-channel support centers preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoys working independently and as part of a remote team.
