In Short

• Deliver exceptional care to members through multiple channels including phone support.
• Manage a high volume of inbound member calls professionally and timely.
• Respond to inquiries in an empathetic manner and ensure resolution.
• Document all member interactions and follow up as needed.
• Support members with account updates and general program inquiries.
• Engage and retain members by building rapport.
• Work under pressure and handle escalated situations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level agreements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of member experiences.
• Work independently and as part of a remote team.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer support or member services.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and various software applications.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and document calls effectively.
• Empathy and active listening skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Enjoys working in a remote environment.
