Overview

The Dealer Support Representative will respond to inbound telephone calls and e-mails from dealerships, assist in troubleshooting and resolving inquiries, provide supplementary training related to Dealertrack Canada products and services, and knowledgeably discuss the benefits and features of any of the DT-suite of products.

In Short

  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders primarily via telephone.
  • Provide and process information in response to inquiries related to Dealertrack Canada services and products.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and diagnose potential issues.
  • Provide supplementary training to dealership personnel.
  • Communicate customer/partner feedback effectively.
  • Escalate systemic issues to ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Maintain exceptional communication skills.
  • Work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Utilize technical skills to support web-based applications.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.

Requirements

  • +2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • College diploma or BA in relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in finance and/or automotive is an asset.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with critical thinking.
  • Excellent decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Technical experience supporting web-based applications is a plus.
  • Proficiency in a Windows environment.
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
