The Senior Bilingual Client Support Specialist at TRADER Corporation provides frontline customer support while mentoring junior team members and resolving escalated issues in a dynamic automotive software environment.

In Short

  • Provide frontline customer support via telephone and email.
  • Triage and troubleshoot issues escalated by Level 1 Client Support Specialists.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members.
  • Manage portal and security administration tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal business and technical teams.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Facilitate onboarding and training for new team members.
  • Interact with stakeholders to resolve concerns and process requests.
  • Maintain accurate process and product knowledge documentation.
  • Support Dealertrack Network and Lender-user account administration.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • College or BA in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Finance and/or automotive experience is an asset.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Technical experience with web-based or client-based applications.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Bilingual in English and French required.
