Overview

Cloud DX is growing, and we’re looking for a Bilingual Patient Support Specialist to join our team!

In Short

  • This part-time role offers flexibility, making it ideal for someone who can adapt to varying schedules.
  • You’ll provide frontline support for patients using our remote monitoring solutions.
  • Assist with inquiries and ensure patients can successfully complete their daily monitoring tasks.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues as needed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the experience for customers, clinicians, and patients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Ensure records and correspondence are recorded correctly in the CRM.
  • Conduct follow-ups and scheduled callbacks to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Monitor and assign internal support tickets.
  • Guide Clinician Clients and Prospects on the proper use of Cloud DX equipment and software.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English & Another Language), preferably French-English or Spanish-English.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and flexible with scheduling.
  • Great at multitasking and handling a high volume of requests.
  • A natural problem solver who takes initiative.
  • Passionate about helping others and listening attentively.
