Overview

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems, especially Zendesk.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
  • Knowledge of accounting and audit is advantageous.
  • Fluency in German and strong English skills are preferred.
