Overview

As a Client Support Specialist at Trustly, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support for our expanding base of customers and merchants in the payments industry.

In Short

  • Provide omni-channel support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Empower customers with knowledge of Trustly's products.
  • Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish.
  • Provide technical support for APIs and transaction-related inquiries.
  • Assist with financial and payment transaction questions.
  • Work 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm EST.

Requirements

  • Deep empathy for customers and passion for outstanding service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support role.
  • Experience in Payments or Fintech is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Suite.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
