As a Customer Success Manager at Trustly, you will manage relationships with gaming merchants, ensuring their success and driving revenue growth through effective collaboration and strategic insights.

  • Analyze merchant performance and provide actionable insights.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with merchants.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields.
  • Experience with advanced CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client interactions effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, Relationship-Based Sales, or Management Consulting.
  • Experience with large iGaming or Sports Betting accounts.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with complex technologies, preferably in fintech.
  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, QlikSense, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong executive presence.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
