Overview

Trustly is on a mission to revolutionize the payments industry by making Pay by Bank the new standard at checkout, providing a smarter payment option to credit and debit cards. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager for our Gaming sector to manage relationships with gaming merchants and drive their success.

In Short

  • Act as the primary contact for iGaming and sports betting merchants.
  • Define initiatives to drive business value for merchants.
  • Analyze merchant performance and provide insights.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with merchants.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer success.
  • Keep up with industry trends and customer needs.
  • Anticipate travel of 15%.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Sales.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success or Relationship-Based Sales.
  • Experience managing large iGaming or Sports Betting accounts.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client interactions.
  • Experience with complex technologies, preferably in fintech.
  • Strong collaboration skills across teams.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar tools preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intellectually curious with a strong desire to learn.
