Overview

The Client Support Specialist provides support and assistance to clients through various remote methods, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to the organization's products and services.

In Short

  • Provide remote support to clients via email, phone, and chat.
  • Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
  • Document client interactions and escalate complex inquiries.
  • Become an expert on the organization's products and services.
  • Participate in product testing for new releases.
  • Comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Work after hours and weekends as required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues.
  • Assist management as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple variables in problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to follow instructions and respond to management.
  • Effective communication with all levels of employees.
