Overview

BizLibrary is seeking a highly autonomous and analytically minded Sales Enablement Manager to build and deliver impactful enablement programs for both internal revenue teams and external channel partners.

• Provide insights on sales performance and funnel conversion.
• Manage the BizLibrary Certification Academy.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Join high-value calls to provide product guidance.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in enablement, RevOps, or product-facing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with actionable insights.
• Experience with GenAI tools for content creation.
• Excellent project management and content development skills.
• Confident in presentations to teams and partners.
• Familiarity with learning platforms and sales methodologies.
