Overview

As a Client Support Specialist at Trustly, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and merchants, contributing to a customer service program that makes a significant impact across the organization.

In Short

• Provide omni-channel support via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues systematically.
• Empower customers to maximize benefits of Trustly's products.
• Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish.
• Provide technical support for enterprise merchant inquiries.
• Assist with financial transaction-related questions.
• Work 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday, rotating schedule every 5 weeks.

Requirements

• Deep empathy for customers and a passion for outstanding service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical customer support role.
• Experience in Payments or Fintech is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Suite.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
