Overview

As a Client Support Specialist, you'll be the first line of defense in resolving issues and addressing inquiries from customers, ensuring excellent customer support and effective communication.

In Short

  • Respond to incoming customer communications and document interactions.
  • Resolve client inquiries directly or escalate to other departments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to follow through on issue resolution.

Requirements

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in the subject area and basic skill set.
  • Ability to work with little supervision.
  • Experience in customer support or related fields preferred.
