Overview

The Key Account Director of the New Logo Sales subfamily is responsible for driving bookings growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining the necessary infrastructure to achieve this goal.

In Short

  • Responsible for booking revenue against defined quotas.
  • Coordinate and manage complex customer RFPs.
  • Implement territory development strategies to develop accounts and partner relationships.
  • Work directly with prospect executives and buying committees.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on evaluation/selection processes.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to achieve collective goals.
  • Engage in strategic dialogue with C-level executives.
  • Advise prospects on challenges and solutions for performance improvement.
  • Lead a small team of internal partners.
  • Travel up to 25% as required.

Requirements

  • Complete knowledge of area of specialization.
  • Ability to analyze diverse scope problems.
  • Independent judgment in work execution.
  • Ability to creatively problem-solve and handle challenges.
  • Bachelor's Degree or 5-10 years of related experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in strategic dialogue with executives.
  • Ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Experience in territory development.
  • Knowledge of financial institutions' origination programs.
