Overview

The Key Account Director will focus on creating and expanding global client relationships with leading biopharmaceutical organizations, driving sales of Tempus' solutions to accelerate research and clinical programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years in Business Development and Sales in Life Sciences.
  • 5+ years working with companies servicing Life Sciences in R&D.
  • Proven sales results within Biopharma accounts.
  • Exceptional account management and strategic selling skills.
  • Strong understanding of molecular data and AI in drug discovery.
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Business; Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience negotiating large, complex deals.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to solve problems.
  • Deep understanding of the drug development life cycle.
  • Proven track record as a trusted advisor with clients.
