Sr. Integration Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Sr. Integration Analyst will work closely with healthcare organizations and technical teams to integrate healthcare data into Tempus systems, enhancing the impact of AI in clinical care.

In Short

• Collaborate with external providers and internal teams for EHR/EMR integrations.
• Support customer onboarding with clear communication and technical guidance.
• Analyze and validate healthcare data across various EHR platforms.
• Ensure compliance with HL7, FHIR, and interoperability standards.
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot clinical data issues.
• Optimize integration workflows with engineering and product teams.
• Maintain best practices and documentation for integration processes.
• Support connectivity and data integration roadmap alignment.
• Work with APIs for healthcare system integrations.
• Communicate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare data integration.
• Proficiency in HL7 v2, FHIR, and clinical data standards.
• Experience with EHRs such as Epic and Cerner.
• Familiarity with Unix command-line and Git.
• Ability to modify Java or Python scripts.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of HIPAA and data security compliance.
• Experience with monitoring tools for interface performance.
• Strong communication skills.
