Integration Analyst II - Remote

Overview

The Integration Analyst II will be the lead technical resource assigned to R1’s Technology implementations responsible for designing integration patterns, building, and testing interfaces to enable data exchange between R1 products and its customers.

In Short

• Lead technical role on R1 Patient Experience deployments.
• Design integration patterns and establish interfaces for data exchange.
• Build and code common integration pathways on R1’s interface engine (Rhapsody).
• Conduct integration design and technical data mapping sessions.
• Lead functional, regression, and unit level interface testing.
• Communicate integration-related issues and project status to stakeholders.
• Manage interface error messages and client training on data management.
• Participate in company training and understand healthcare challenges.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to meet workflow objectives.
• Maintain accurate project-specific technical mapping specifications.

Requirements

• Experience utilizing Rhapsody Interface Engine or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of data extract solutions and basic coding.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare data exchange standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-call and after hours as needed.
• Ability to manage implementation issues and drive resolutions.
• Experience in an innovative environment, both independently and in teams.
• Preferred certification in Orion Rhapsody or equivalent education.
