Overview

The Bilingual Client Support Specialist will provide exceptional support to dealerships by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training on Dealertrack Canada products and services.

• Interact with dealerships, lenders, and partners to assist with inquiries.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• College diploma or BA in a relevant field.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in finance and/or automotive is an asset.
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
• Technical experience in supporting applications is a plus.
• Language proficiency in English and French required.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Adobe.
